Our Story

Garnish as it relates to food means to “enhance”, “decorate” and “beautify” food through an attention to detail, from edible flowers on a salad to pieces of candied bacon on cupcakes.

We know you are busy & are here to help. Our passion is to bring to life your occasions with outstanding food with flair. People always remember a great party.

Garnish was born out of the desire to fulfill consumer needs for healthier and more diverse menu options for parties and events, while providing ethically sourced ingredients, our tribute to Mother Earth.

We form partnerships with local farmers to provide fresh, seasonal ingredients to incorporate in our menus and by doing so, we cook with ingredients that are at peak flavor. Our menus are thoughtfully crafted to meet the needs of our clients.
